    • Temperature Controlled Environments

      We have a vast knowledge of the construction of temperature controlled environments, with temperatures ranging from 0 degrees to +40 degrees with many sectors being catered for, for example; food processing, sweet manufacturing, chilled storage, salad and vegetable processing, dairy, bread proofing, wood kilns, snacks and beverage to name a few.

    • Cold Store Design & Installation

      MCC Projects have a wealth of experience in the construction of cold storage facilities ranging from walk in cold rooms to cold storage distribution centres down to temperatures as low as -40 degrees.The selection of the right composite panel system along with the correct installation of all the required components is key to ensuring the long-term performance and thermal efficiency of the cold store.

    • Doors

      MCC Projects have been providing door solutions to complement our composite panel installations for all sectors; Food and Drink, Cold Storage, Temperature Controlled Environments, Fire Resistant Enclosures, Clean Rooms and External Systems.
      There are many factors to consider when selecting the correct door for its intended application when designing a facility of any type; size of opening, structural stability, thermal efficiency, fire resistance, frequency of use, impact resistance, corrosion resistance, security and fire strategy.
      A vast range of doors are available to suit most requirements and are suitable for temperatures ranging from -40°C to +50°C, which can be used with varied room pressure differentials.

    • Sub – Contract Labour Only Services

      We also offer the use of our own in-house engineers to assist other companies in the installation of cold stores and freezer rooms.
      We have carried out various installations throughout the U.K for the two largest cold store contractors in the U.K. These installations have been carried out on their behalf in major supermarket chains and blue – chip food manufacturing companies.

    Turnkey Chiller Installation

    MCC Projects installed a ‘Turnkey’ chiller room for the storage of flammable flavourings for the largest independent cider maker in the U.K. This installation included all refrigeration, insulated panel, electrical and impact barrier works.

    Distribution Freezer Installation

    MCC Projects installed a ‘Turnkey’ freezer room for the storage and distribution of frozen foods for a large wholesaler. This installation included all refrigeration, insulated panel, electrical and concrete works.
